On Friday, October 16, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., the online training session “Gender-based violence and gambling disorder: Keys to comprehensive intervention with a gender perspective” will take place.
This training aims to delve into the relationship between gender-based violence and gambling disorder in women, providing insights to understand these realities from a comprehensive perspective and to improve professional intervention by incorporating a gender perspective.
This activity is part of the program “Realities of Resilient Women: Actions for Expression, Training, and Intervention regarding Gender-Based Violence and Gambling Disorder,” funded by the Secretary of State for Equality and the Eradication of Violence against Women, through the Government Delegation against Gender-Based Violence.
It is aimed at professionals, technical staff, therapists, and facilitators involved in the care and rehabilitation processes carried out by the organizations that make up FEJAR.
“Training also means learning to look at things differently. Because incorporating a gender perspective enables us to understand better in order to intervene more effectively.”
