The customer has the right to cancel an order without giving any reason. This right is known as the right of withdrawal, as established in Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To cancel an order, you may use the attached form (withdrawal form) or notify us by email at secretaria@fejar.org, or by post to the following address: CALLE PASTEUR 30 BAJO, La Coruña (15008), LA CORUÑA, Spain.
If you send us an email or written notification, please include your order details to help us identify it.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If the products comprising the order are delivered separately, the period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last of those products.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the customer must return the delivered products to the address indicated (secretaria@fejar.org / CALLE PASTEUR 30 BAJO, La Coruña (15008), LA CORUÑA, Spain), and shall therefore bear the return shipping costs. Please note that if you choose to return the items with postage payable on delivery, we shall be entitled to charge you any costs incurred as a result.
The right to withdraw from the contract shall apply exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which the customer received them. No refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, if it is not in the same condition as when delivered, or if it has sustained any damage. You must therefore take proper care of the product or products while they are in your possession.
Please return the item using or including all its original packaging and all labels. We kindly ask you not to remove the labels until you are certain that you wish to keep each item.
After examining the item, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid.
If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will refund the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned order.
If the return includes only part of the order, the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will refund only the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
