IV Meeting of Responsible Gaming Operators

On the occasion of the International Responsible Gaming Day, FEJAR will hold its annual meeting in 2025 with all sectors involved in the operation of gambling. This event aims to continue fostering synergies between different entities to ensure a standardized activity, always prioritizing the protection of individuals who engage in gambling, under the motto “Learn and Prevent.”

The promotion of responsible gaming is not only a necessity but also a responsibility shared by society as a whole. It starts with each of us, as potential users, and extends to the education of our children, young people, and teenagers. Similarly, operators play a fundamental role, and many are already training their employees to act preventively, raising awareness about the risks their activity can pose to certain individuals.

The Responsible Gaming Advisory Council defines this concept as the “rational and sensible choice of gaming options, taking into account the player’s situation and personal circumstances, to prevent gambling from becoming a problem.”

In this context, the meeting invites reflection and analysis of the responsible gaming policies implemented by companies. It is presented as an opportunity to evaluate these measures and, when necessary, introduce improvements that help reduce addiction or gambling-related problems.
